Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of StitchWeb.Design and the website redesign services we provide. By submitting an order, you agree to the terms below.

Our service

StitchWeb.Design generates website design previews and builds finished, mobile-responsive websites for small businesses. Design previews are generated using AI tools based on the information you provide and are intended as a starting concept, not a final guaranteed layout, the delivered site may include refinements made during our build and review process.

Payment & billing

A deposit is charged at checkout to begin your project. The remaining balance is only charged once you approve your finished design. If you select ongoing hosting & maintenance, that portion is billed monthly starting once your site is live, and continues until cancelled.

Revisions

Each one-time build includes two rounds of revisions following delivery of your design for review. Additional revision rounds beyond that may be quoted separately.

Local SEO scope

Every build includes a one-time local SEO technical setup: meta titles and descriptions, a sitemap, local business schema markup, image alt text, and consistent business information across the site. This is a one-time setup included in your build, not an ongoing SEO service. It does not include Google Business Profile management, review generation, citation building, or recurring SEO reporting.

Cancelling hosting & domain transfers

You may cancel your monthly hosting & maintenance plan at any time. If your domain was registered on your behalf as part of the hosted plan, we will process a transfer of that domain to a registrar of your choice upon cancellation. Domains you already owned prior to signing up remain fully in your own registrar account at all times and are never affected by cancellation.

Discounts & promotions

Promotional codes are valid only for the time period, order type, and usage limits stated at the time they are issued, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Ownership

Once your remaining balance is charged upon approval, you own the delivered website files. Logos, text, and images you provide remain your property; you are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload to us.

Limitation of liability

StitchWeb.Design provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered website, including third-party hosting or domain provider outages outside of our control.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
