This Privacy Policy explains what information StitchWeb.Design ("we," "us") collects when you use our website redesign service, why we collect it, and how it's handled.

Information we collect

• Business information you submit, business name, contact email, phone number, your existing website address, and a description of your business or services.
• Files you upload, such as a logo image used in your redesigned site.
• Design preferences you select, color choices, feature requests, and revision notes you leave during the review process.
• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
• Basic technical data, such as browser type and pages visited, to help us keep the site working correctly.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to generate website design previews, build your final site, process payment, deliver files or host your site, and send you order-related updates (such as "your preview is ready" or "your site is live"). We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services we use

To operate StitchWeb.Design, we rely on a small number of trusted service providers, each of which processes a limited slice of your data solely to perform their function:

• Stripe: payment processing and card storage
• Vercel: website hosting and domain registration
• Supabase: secure database and file storage
• Anthropic (Claude API), generates website design previews and layout content based on the business details you submit
• Resend: transactional email delivery (order updates)

How long we keep your information

We retain order and business information for as long as needed to deliver your project and, for hosted clients, for as long as your hosting subscription remains active. You can request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us, subject to what we need to retain for legal, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below. If you no longer want to receive marketing or reminder emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in any such email.
